Through hands-on activities and creative play\, we’ll explore wonderful world of shorebirds – how they live\, what makes them special\, and why our wetlands are so important to them. \nTake part in an interactive activity that brings these remarkable birds to life. Afterwards\, explore centre’s interactive displays or take a walk around wetlands to see if you can spot some real-life feathered friends! \nIMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER – https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/wings-across-the-globe-shorebird-adventures-tickets-1974534213987?aff=ebdsoporgprofile#location \n\nSuitable for ages 7-12 years\n adults and children attending require a ticket for this event\nMaximum of 5 people per booking\nChildren must be accompanied by an adult throughout\,  a ratio of 1 adult supervising up to a maximum of 4 children\nIf you cannot attend\, please cancel your booking online via Eventbrite\n\nON THE DAY OF THE EVENT \n\nPlease arrive 10 minutes before starting time to check in  environment centre staff\nWear sun-safe clothing\, sunscreen and enclosed shoes\nBring water and snack if required as there are no food outlets on site\n\nNote: This event will go ahead in light rain – events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on day.
