Seven enthusiasts gathered on a sunny cool morning on Mornington Street adjacent to Grange Forest Park. From here we made our way down to Kedron Brook and followed a circuit back to starting location.
A total of 34 species was identified over morning. A sharp-eyed Anakin Freiberg spotted a Brown Quail which we all got to observe and enjoy. A few photographs attached below from morning walk.
Our next bird walk is through Wahminda Park at Ferny Hills on Sunday, 7 September, meeting at 7:00am, in Wahminda car park, next to old tennis courts on Samford Road.
Happy Birding!
