A huge thank you to our fantastic volunteers who braved wet weather and joined us for a rain-delayed but very productive morning at Gilbert Road this month!
The overnight and early rain actually worked in our favour as soil was beautifully soft, making weed removal almost effortless and weeding has rarely been so easy! By time we started, rain had cleared, leaving us perfect cool conditions for rest of session.
We achieved a great deal and everyone went home that satisfying “bushcare glow”.
Mark your calendars! Our final working bee for 2025 will be on Sunday 14 December, 7:00–9:00 am. Come along and help us finish year on a high note. New faces are always very welcome!
